The system comprises an upper and a lower module, with the former fully adjustable to best suit a room’s acoustic attributes and the listener’s personal preferences.

With its soaring, handcrafted cabinet and sleek two-tone finish, the speaker system is a statement piece, but one that doesn’t need to shout about its achievements. Indeed, the Extreme has been designed to perform a smart disappearing act when in use: instead of having your ear drawn to the speaker, the listener is immersed in sound, experiencing music afresh in all of its nuanced splendour.

These drivers work together to deliver coherent sound staging, realistic dynamics, and effortless musical flow.

At the heart of the Extreme Mk II’s seamless performance lies a crossover network crafted with the utmost precision. Each filter is meticulously designed to integrate the drivers in both time and frequency domains, preserving the speaker’s tonal integrity and dynamic agility.

To achieve this, Estelon use only the highest-grade components: SESGO capacitors, precision thick-foil and Supreme resistors, Mundorf inductors, and Goertz flat foil coils, among others. Each part is carefully selected and paired through rigorous measurement and listening, ensuring minimal loss and maximum synergy.

The crossover circuits are housed in isolated chambers within the cabinet, protecting them from vibrations and microphonic effects. Estelon also employ a proprietary flat foil direct coupling technique. This innovative design routes the signal through a central conductor — a star-grounded layout optimised to preserve signal integrity from crossover to driver terminals.

Each component is hand-soldered using premium solder, with the shortest possible cable runs throughout. This obsessive attention to detail allows the Extreme Mk II to deliver unparalleled resolution, timing, and control — ensuring that what reaches your ears is as pure as the original performance.
