Overview

Under the Australian Consumer Law, customers are only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in its original condition which includes packaging, instructions, literature, documents and warranty cards.

Improperly packed returned goods will have a minimum restocking fee of 15% deducted from any credit due. Damaged, loan or evaluation goods will be similarly charged. Goods unsuitable for resale will not be accepted.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Sound Gallery Pty Ltd must be notified prior to returns. Returns without an agreement will not be accepted.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Title to goods will not pass to the customer until goods have been paid for in full. Sound Gallery Pty Ltd reserves the right to enter any premises to recover possession of unpaid goods.

Refunds

No refunds for change of minds and discounted items, unless faulty covered by warranty. Refunds are given store credits.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged as covered in warranty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@soundgallery.com.au and send your item to: 224 McKinnon Rd, McKinnon VIC 3204 Australia.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 224 McKinnon Rd, McKinnon VIC 3204 Australia.

Goods are to be returned within 7 days to Sound Gallery Pty Ltd and online purchases will not be accepted unless a Return Authority (RA) number and invoice number are quoted on the accompanying consignment note and paperwork. RA numbers may be obtained on request from Sound Gallery Pty Ltd.

Freight must be pre-paid on all returned goods. An exception applies where goods were supplied in error by Sound Gallery Ltd. In this case, return road freight will be pre-paid by Sound Gallery, provided a RA number is quoted. All returned goods must be sent via Sound Gallery Pty Ltd’s nominated or agreed carrier.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
