YBA HERITAGE A200 INTEGRATED AMPLIFIER
As with all YBA products, the chassis rests on three feet, two of which are damped, the third in aluminium ends in a metal ball serving as the vanishing point of the vibrations. The power on/off switch is located on the underside of the chassis towards the front of the left-hand side. Two buttons feature on the front panel, one for source selection and one for volume and centred between them is an oval-shaped display with yellow lettering indicating the connected source and the volume reached. A beautiful remote control will allow you to access the functions from a distance.
The A200 has 5 sets of RCA inputs, 1 balanced, 1 optical, 1 USB plus Bluetooth. It has 1 set of speaker outputs plus a pre-out connection.
Only the Type C USB input (PCM 384K/32bit DSD 256) supports DSD. A high-quality USB cable is included to facilitate connection from Type C.
The BT V4.1 (CSR8675) input supports APTX, APTX-HD
The A200’s D/A converter is the AK4490EQ.
The video input has a by-pass feature (by-passing the preamplifier section). It also has a pre-out should you wish to use a separate power amplifier, a pair of powered speakers or to connect a subwoofer. It has one pair of speaker outputs.
Power to the digital section of the A200 can be disconnected when using an analogue source to improve the listening experience.
